### Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? `FilterBuilder::new` always computes `true_count()` on the mask. Callers that build a mask incrementally, or derive it from a null buffer with a cached null count, already have that number and pay for a second pass over the bitmap. `BatchCoalescer` avoids this internally through the crate-private `FilterBuilder::new_with_count`, but external callers cannot, and `push_batch_with_filter` recounts a mask the caller may have just counted. ### Describe the solution you'd like Make `FilterBuilder::new_with_count` public, marked `unsafe` since the kernels size buffers from the count, and add a matching `BatchCoalescer::push_batch_with_filter_and_count`. ### Describe alternatives you've considered _No response_ ### Additional context _No response_ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
