Ahah, that's system abseil + bundled google-cloud-cpp. Quick feedback by 🤖 : This is a pre-existing static-linking gap... test-debian-13-cpp builds with system Abseil (ARROW_DEPENDENCY_SOURCE=SYSTEM, hence the Debian-patched absl::debian10 inline namespace) but bundled google-cloud-cpp (google_cloud_cpp_storage_SOURCE=BUNDLED). fyi @raulcd -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
