While auditing owners of arrow crates on crates.io, I noticed the [parquet](https://crates.io/crates/parquet) crate also includes @sadikovi who not appear to be a [Arrow PMC member](https://arrow.apache.org/committers/). ### Describe the solution you'd like To reduce the chance of a supply chain attack, I propose removing @sadikovi as an owner ### Describe alternatives you've considered _No response_ ### Additional context It looks to me like @sadikovi person was involved early in the development of the Rust parquet implementation, before it was donated to the ASF (perhaps @sunchao has more background).
