We received a report that the PostgreSQL driver had poor performance on Windows. It appears the dataset was decimal-heavy and that the optimization from commit 5403e57 would make a difference. Enable it by vendoring boost.int128, which is nicely self-contained, permissively licensed, and has good benchmarks across a variety of compilers, platforms, and architectures. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
