Closes #11166 ## Summary - replace the per-crate `unused_crate_dependencies` clippy invocations in the Arrow workflow with one workspace-wide `cargo machete --with-metadata` check - pin the installed cargo-machete major/minor line to `0.9` - document the three known doc-test-only false positives in `arrow-csv` and `arrow-json` ## Validation - `cargo machete --with-metadata` (passes with no unused dependencies) - `cargo fmt --all -- --check` - `cargo metadata --no-deps --format-version 1` - `git diff --check` The existing regular clippy `-D warnings` checks remain unchanged. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
