Adds a focused Criterion benchmark for inserting 128 pre-generated unique fields into a Variant object, in both validated and unvalidated modes. This is benchmark-only and separates the measurement baseline from the behavior change in #11403, as requested in review.\n\nValidated locally with `cargo bench -p parquet-variant --bench variant_builder --no-run` on current Apache main and with a short smoke run of both cases.
