Bumps [pl.project13.maven:git-commit-id-plugin](https://github.com/git-commit-id/git-commit-id-maven-plugin) from 4.9.10 to [io.github.git-commit-id:git-commit-id-maven-plugin](https://github.com/git-commit-id/git-commit-id-maven-plugin) 10.0.1. The plugin moved to new Maven coordinates in 5.0.0, so Dependabot cannot propose this upgrade: 4.9.10 is the last release under the old coordinates. The plugin configuration and executions are unchanged. With 4.9.10, builds fail in a git linked worktree (`git worktree add`) with `Could not get HEAD Ref, are you sure you have some commits in the dotGitDirectory?` (see [git-commit-id-maven-plugin#215](https://github.com/git-commit-id/git-commit-id-maven-plugin/issues/215)). Since 7.0.0 the plugin resolves a worktree's `.git` file to the main repository's `.git` directory, so the build succeeds and `arrow-git.properties` gets the correct `git.commit.id`. `git.branch` and `git.dirty` reflect the main checkout rather than the worktree.
