### Rationale for this change When the table and writer schemas have the same columns in a different order, add a hint to the error to reorder with table.select(). A regression test in `python/pyarrow/tests/parquet/test_parquet_writer.py` fails without the change and passes with it; the surrounding test module/binary passes. ### Are there any user-facing changes?
