### Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? `RowSelection::scan_ranges` currently traverses bitmap selections as runs using `MaskRunIter`. For fragmented selections, this processes many short runs, while page selection only needs to know whether each page contains any selected rows. ### Describe the solution you'd like Check each page's row interval directly in the bitmap, scanning words and stopping at the first nonzero word.
