### Rationale for this change Follow up on #48345 by including ALP in the generated Parquet file-level fuzz corpus. ### What changes are included in this PR? Add `Encoding::ALP` to `kFloatEncodings`. The existing random FLOAT and DOUBLE samples and null probabilities are reused unchanged. No ALP-specific datasets or changes to data generation are introduced. ### Are these changes tested? C++ syntax-only compilation and `git diff --check` passed. Full corpus generation was not run locally for this one-line change. ### Are there any user-facing changes? No. This only changes fuzzing seed generation, not production reader or writer behavior. ### Was AI used for this PR?
