### What - Copy DELTA_LENGTH_BYTE_ARRAY payload bytes once per contiguous valid run. ### Why - Writing each short value separately adds unnecessary work. ### Implementation - Use one bulk copy for null-free arrays and one copy per valid bitmap run. - Keep the length encoding unchanged. ### Benchmark - 65,536 values on Intel Xeon Platinum 8573C: 4-byte payloads were about 40x faster; 16-byte payloads were about 4.5x faster. 64-byte payloads showed little improvement.
