@raulcd I'm going through old `Type: bug` issues. This one is pyarrow 10.0.1 on Windows failing with "Unable to load libhdfs" because the user pointed it at a Linux `libhdfs.so`; on Windows `HadoopFileSystem` needs a native `hdfs.dll`, which the standard Hadoop distribution does not ship, so it is an environment setup problem rather than an Arrow bug and nobody ever replied.
