@pitrou I'm going through old `Type: bug` issues. On main `cpp/cmake_modules/SetupCxxFlags.cmake` only sets `-mbmi2` in the non-MSVC branch and uses `/arch:AVX2` for the BMI2 sources on MSVC, so the `D9002: ignoring unknown option '-mbmi2'` warning from 2020 can't occur any more.
