@pitrou I'm going through old `Type: bug` issues. Your question here about why `test_cython.py` passes without `parquet` in `get_libraries()` was never answered, the proposed PR #13826 was withdrawn, and PyMongoArrow moved on to linking the libraries it needs explicitly; `get_libraries()` still returns `['arrow_python', 'arrow']`.
