@AlenkaF I'm going through old `Type: bug` issues. This looks like standard CSV quote handling rather than a bug: with the default `quote_char='"'` a field that begins with `"` is read as a quoted value, so the quotes around the first token are consumed and the rest of the line is kept verbatim, and `ParseOptions(quote_char=False)` would preserve them; there is no runnable reprex and nobody has replied since 2023.
