Good catch, thanks. The test now uses a non-nullable empty `Struct` child
with no null buffer (still `1 << 30` elements per list, no buffers allocated),
so the data is logically valid and `FixedSizeListArray::try_new` would accept
it. Updated in 8222b6c.
