I'm going through old `Type: bug` issues. This one is a macOS link failure when compiling against the Homebrew `apache-arrow` bottle with GCC 14: the undefined symbols mention `std::__cxx11::basic_string`, i.e. libstdc++, while the bottle is built with Apple Clang against libc++, so it is a standard-library mismatch that I think could be fixed by building Arrow with GCC too. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
