# Which issue does this PR close? Closes #895. # Rationale for this change Python 3.8 is unavailable on Ubuntu 26.04, causing RAT CI to fail during setup. # What changes are included in this PR? Set `python-version` to `'3.x'` so the job can use an available Python 3 version as runner images change. The report helper only uses the standard library.
