The `Emulator Tests` job fails during `Setup MinIO` because `minio/minio` can no longer be pulled anonymously. This prevents the tests from running, for example in #894. I found two approaches in related Apache projects: - DataFusion switched to RustFS after its temporary move to Quay also stopped working (apache/datafusion#25706). - Arrow switched MinIO binary downloads to GitHub Releases, with a pinned version and SHA256 verification (apache/arrow#51326).
