The Go driver manager wrapper didn't implement `adbc.StatementExecuteSchema`, so Go callers couldn't reach `AdbcStatementExecuteSchema` even when the loaded driver supports it. This adds `stmt.ExecuteSchema`. A driver that doesn't support it returns `StatusNotImplemented`.
