Ah this is my bad for not checking for obvious "leaks" like this. I even fixed a very similar issue in [DeltaByteArrayEncoder](https://github.com/massive-com/arrow-rs/blob/b8442e7fc34cefaff3e79bd76489c4034a5aa965/parquet/src/encodings/encoding/mod.rs#L725).
