Thanks for the approvals! The remaining CI failures look unrelated. This PR only touches ODBC code, all ODBC jobs pass, and none of the failing jobs build ODBC. They're flaky tests (S3 tests, a pandas memory-pool test), a GCC crash and runner download errors. @lidavidm I can't re-run jobs here.
