# Which issue does this PR close? Part of #11885. Benchmark coverage for #12008. # Why is this change needed? #12008 uses 16 dictionary values per selected key as the cutoff between dense and sparse key mappings. The existing benchmarks do not sweep that boundary, which makes it hard to tell whether the cutoff is right or too conservative. # What changes are included in this PR? Adds `concatenate_kernel` cases for 12 distinct dictionaries, each sliced to 682 keys, with 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 32, and 64 values per selected key. # Are these changes tested? Built and ran all new `str_dict_slice` cases. Formatting, workspace Clippy with all targets and features, and typos pass. # Are there any significant user-facing changes? No. This only adds benchmark coverage. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
