Only the last commit is new. # Rationale for this change Make `ArrowSbbf` easier to find and show how to use it with the Arrow reader. # What changes are included in this PR? - Re-export `ArrowSbbf` as `parquet::arrow::ArrowSbbf` - Rewrite the `ArrowSbbf` example to use `ParquetRecordBatchReaderBuilder`, the reader's Arrow schema, and `parquet_column` to find the leaf column index - Link to `ArrowSbbf` from `get_row_group_column_bloom_filter` (sync and async), the `bloom_filter` module docs, and `set_bloom_filter_enabled` # Are these changes tested?
