Next name suggestion: `to_timestamp_with_time_zone`. It doesn't use any specific terminology like "local" or "zoned", but only refers to the actual parameter of the timestamp type: whether it has the time zone set or not. > I don't read that as new terminology, rather pointers to terminology used in some other pieces of software.
