Got it. Hmm, this sounds like a reasonable extension of things, what do other people think? We'd need a GetFlightInfo that can take in Arrow data too. We could abuse DoExchange for this, since it can send/receive metadata: call DoExchange, sending a record batch with parameter values, and attaching a FlightDescriptor carrying a parameterized query.
