Couldn't we spin up another properly configured minio server from the pytest test suite and just exercise the regression test on it? Similarly like [we already do in conftest](https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/python/pyarrow/tests/conftest.py#L276), but with additional configuration. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
