For context: this documents what is currently the actual behaviour. Longer term we probably want to have `use_threads` to impact the reading of the feather file as well, but this is basically covered in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-12681 to expose IpcReadOptions (which can then be used in the feather cython reader as well). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
