OK, ready for review again - some fairly substantial changes as I've moved a lot of content to a new article in the developers' section; happy to adjust if necessary. The content in `arrow/r/vignettes/developers/install_details.Rmd` is a quite heavy refactoring of the previous content from the "how dependencies are resolved" section. That section originally contained some information which was originally in the old larger version of the dev docs, combined with a previous "how dependencies are resolved" section. There was a lot of overlap between them, so I removed any repeated information for the sake of what is now hopefully a simpler doc which is easier to skim through. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
