@jorisvandenbossche I think the stripe count mystery is not really due to the options not being used. Instead the issue seems to be related to the default batch size. I’m not sure whether conceptually the batch size of `createRowBatch` is necessarily related to the actual stripe size in an ORC file but won’t be surprised if they are actually the same. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
