`VERSION=6.0.1 RC=1 archery docker run almalinux-verify-rc-source` and `VERSION=6.0.1 RC=1 archery docker run ubuntu-verify-rc-source` both partially work. May want to pass in other variables for tests to enable and disable. For Ubuntu 20.04 easier to use JDK 11 the default rather than JDK 8. Perhaps can automate AlmaLinux verification in a separate pull request since the current [Ubuntu based verification](https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/dev/tasks/tasks.yml) can possibly also be refactored to minimize code duplication.
