I will take a look (though it may take me a while as well). There's a larger meta-question here: I think we should consider adding specialization to the function registry, to make this easier. A lot of the details here are in just replicating allocation/null bitmap handling policies that the kernels framework already handles for us. But right now, you can't add kernels that don't have the same arity as the function, it would be useful if (for at least variadic kernels) we could directly register 1-adic, 2-adic, etc. specializations. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
