@djnavarro `week_starts_monday` for `RoundTemporalOptions ` was just merged: https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/cpp/src/arrow/compute/api_scalar.h#L107-L120 Does this unblock this PR or do we need to solve `change_on_boundary` first?
