Perhaps we should start planning for a DataFusion 8.0.0 release (probably can't do a 7.1 as there are incompatible API things already merged)? Alternately, we could make a `maintenance_7.x` branch and backport whatever changes were needed for Ballista and release DataFusion 7.1 from there -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
