@mxm @lukecwik @tweise Beam's nightly build has started failing since April 16th ([BEAM-9811](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-9811)) with `FileNotFoundException: /home/jenkins/jenkins-slave/workspace/beam_Release_NightlySnapshot/src/sdks/java/bom/build/publications/mavenJava/pom-default.xml (No such file or directory)`. This PR was merged on April 15th EDT.
