Currently you can perform arithmetic operations between deferred scalars and deferred frames (e.g. s.mean()*s), but you can't do arithmetic between two deferred scalars (e.g. s.sum()/s.count()). Because DeferredScalar doesn't have any implementations for arithmetic ops. Imported from Jira [BEAM-11950](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-11950).
