…rceAsSdfWrapper element and restriction coders Cherry-pick of https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/21928 * [Fixes #21927] Compress BoundedSourceAsSdfWrapper element and restriction coders A typical BoundedSource may be split into many BoundedSource instances during initial splitting.
