I like to delete code. This is a large performance improvement, it is 4.2x
as fast on Nexmark Query 0, 4.7x on Query 13.
Instead of a separate query for `condition` and each `column` the query
looks like this:
`CASE WHEN condition THEN ROW(column1, column2, ...) ELSE NULL END`
