### What happened? I ran into this when testing Beam 2.41.0 with the instructions provided here: https://beam.apache.org/contribute/release-guide/#run-validations-manually Other quickstart tests (including Flink) passed. It's possible that we just need to update instructions for running this test. Stacktraces (on Linux) is given below.
