### What would you like to happen? Currently, Beam provides model handlers for sklearn and pytorch but default expansion service will not contain these modules since they are not installed by default with Beam. https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/master/sdks/python/setup.py sklearn (scikit-learn) is available in default Beam SDK Harness container though. https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/42b1640a25d5dbdea08ae2feaa0d3e81f6278575/sdks/python/container/py38/base_image_requirements.txt#L133 ### Issue Priority Priority: 2 ### Issue Component Component: cross-language -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
