Prior to this change, `databaseio` couldn't handle the `postgres` driver as
psql wants `($1,$2),($3,$4)` and not `(?,?)(?,?)` which `databaseio` was
originally designed to use for templating.
I've added `valueTemplateGenerator` which encapsulates generation of the
template string. It also has some sanity unit-tests.
