Apologize that missed this. @johnjcasey and @kennknowles If I understood correctly `Samza runner rejects pipelines with @RequiresStableInput. Other runners too, ...` means pipeline that involves KafkaCommitOffset can no longer runs on Samza (and some others) runner.
