I discussed the fix yesterday w/ Robert and we will pursue a slightly different fix, which should be ready shortly. however, this bug has been there from the very first commit implementing `with_fanout`, so I wouldn't delay this specific release on it. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
