   ### What happened?
   
   Steps to reproduce:
   
   Open the website https://beam.apache.org/get-started/
   Look at the right nav menu
   
   Actual result: no bullet points, elements are hidden. User should scroll the 
page to see them
   Expected result: elements are visible, no scroll needed
   
   _Same bug is present on https://beam.apache.org/documentation/basics/_
