If there's multiple tupled outputs in a `ParDo.MultiOutput`, it's necessary
to cache the result to not trigger the evaluation multiple times once the
dataset is split into separate datasets per output `TupleTag` (and these
datasets are eventually lazily evaluated).
However, in some cases these outputs might just be ignored. Using the
pipeline graph we can know that during translation time, allowing us to skip
unused outputs. This can free us from having to cache the result of
`ParDo.Multioutput` and then splitting it into respective datasets.
The main output is always kept as it's required to force the evaluation of
the lazily evaluated datasets.
