### What would you like to happen? As part of [Beam I/O Standards](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1BCTpSZDUjK90hYZjcn8aAnPd9vuRfj8YU1j3mpSgRwI/edit?disco=AAAAmEoXDWI), Error Handing has re-iterated a need for a general standardised approach to Error handling (DLQ, retries etc) to be designed and implemented.
