* Changed the AI/ML Overview page to a Get Started page where users can
navigate directly to the content they're looking for.
* Created an About ML page and moved the conceptual content from the
Overview to that page. Added content from the Python ML page to this page.
Eventually, this page/section should become the primary ML content, and at that
point, we can make the Python page targeted to Python.
* Restructured the TOC to categorize the pages. The categorization matches
the categories in the Overview page.
* Updated the Python ML page
* Specify that the page is for Python
* Add links to the main Beam ML content
* Updated the RunInference transform content:
* Moved the examples into their own pages to improve discoverability
* Added those pages to the TOC
* Fixed some headings
