Found https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/25864#issuecomment-1478635682. When we split IO unit tests out of the original big Java_PreCommit, these reports no longer get generated in new test suites. It introduces inconvenience to fix errorprone/spotbug violations. Also, code coverage report is also missing.
