xinyuiscool opened a new pull request, #25972:

   This reverts commit 14ca840f3462aa9ba3ebbe773b498d4a914d50aa.
   
   We found out there are other problems when having both Samza and Flink 
runners in the same classpath, so this change doesn't help but introduces some 
backward incompatible side effects. Reverting it for now.
