It's the streaming wordcount integration tests, there's some consistently slow start-up on the Dataflow side. Hopefully we can knock them back down later but I also suspect some of the slow start-up is from the runner v1 test jobs being upgraded to runner v2 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
